Narender Rana

Narender Rana is an experienced HSE professional with a robust background in health, safety, and environmental management across various sectors, particularly in renewable energy. Currently serving as HSE Lead at Mahindra Susten since November 2012, Narender has successfully implemented HSE management systems for utility-scale solar and wind projects. Previous roles include BU HSE Manager for construction projects focused on solar initiatives and green building, as well as Regional HSE Manager overseeing utility solar projects and operations. Earlier experience includes serving as HSE Incharge at Power Mech Projects Limited. Narender is further enhancing expertise by pursuing a PG in Environmental Law at the National Law School of India University, complemented by multiple qualifications in health, safety, and environmental risk management.
