Pratik Mehta

Pratik Mehta serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mahindra Susten and has previously held the role of Head at Mahindra Leadership University within the Mahindra Group. With extensive experience in consulting, Pratik was a Partner and Director at Deloitte and also worked at Hay Group in various capacities, including Senior Consultant and Consultant. Additionally, Pratik co-founded SlideKraft Studio. Pratik's educational background includes participation in the Mahindra Universe Program at Harvard Business School and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Behavioral Sciences through the Anil Thomas Fellowship and Deloizer & Associates.
