Amay Deoras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy development and business transformation. Currently serving as Team Lead (DGM) and Senior Manager at Mahindra Group's Group Strategy Office since December 2021, Amay focuses on optimizing group companies' potential, collaborating with CXOs to drive profitable growth, formulate go-to-market strategies, and oversee critical business transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role at EY-Parthenon, where Amay developed international go-to-market strategies and business improvement plans for prominent clients across various sectors. Previous positions at GEP Worldwide and Absolutdata Analytics involved consulting for Fortune 500 companies on strategy, procurement, and analytics-based sales augmentation.
