Jayesh Bhargava

Jayesh Bhargava is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and audit. Currently serving as Manager - Investor Relations at Mahindra Group since March 2025, Jayesh previously held the role of Assistant Manager - Investor Relation and Strategy at Firstsource from March 2023 to March 2025. From July 2021 to February 2023, Jayesh worked as an FDD Analyst at Razor Group, where responsibilities included conducting buy-side due diligence and performing cost analysis. Earlier experience includes a Senior Account Executive position at Petrelplus and an Audit Assistant role at P.M. Surana & Co. Chartered Accountants. Jayesh holds a postgraduate degree in management with a focus on accounting and finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Jai Narain Vyas University, as well as qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
