Ruhi Gupta is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a comprehensive background in recruitment and human resources spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Mahindra Group since April 2024, Ruhi previously held significant roles such as Head of Talent Acquisition for South Asia at Unilever, and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Morgan Stanley. Expertise includes managing global leadership hiring and executing regional recruitment strategies across various organizations, including Deloitte, Cognizant, and LTI. Ruhi’s educational background includes an MBA in Human Resource from Sadhana Center of Management Leadership & Development and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Panjab University.
