Sanket Patil

Sanket Patil currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Mahindra Group's Farm Equipment Sector since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sanket held various HR leadership positions at HELLA, including Head of HR for the US and India, from February 2012 to March 2022. Additionally, experience includes roles at GE as Human Resource Manager from June 2008 to February 2012, Senior Manager - HR at Lupin Limited from December 2006 to June 2008, and Divisional Manager - HR at Tata Motors from 2000 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
