Tanay Shah

Tanay Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Group Strategy Office at Mahindra Group since February 2025. Prior to this role, Tanay held multiple positions at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, including Lead for Field Force Transformation & Process Excellence, Executive Assistant to the Head of Sales & Customer Care, and Manager of Sales Strategy & New Launches, contributing significantly to the successful launches of notable SUVs such as the XUV700 and Scorpio-N. Tanay has also worked as an Area Sales Manager, managing significant sales volumes, and briefly as a blogger for The Cinemaholic. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Tanay holds a PGDM in Marketing & Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
