Alex Marinca

Alex Marinca started their career at HELLA in 2013 as an ESD site-coordinator. They later became a Process Engineer, responsible for industrial robots and processes such as gluing, coating, and plasma treatment. They also provided support during the relocation of production lines to a local facility. In 2017, Alex was promoted to Process Technology Manager, where they coordinated and directed projects, analyzed technology needs, and planned for feasibility. In 2021, Alex joined MAHLE as the Head of Process Technology, where they focus on optimizing investments, developing capex budgets, and ensuring thorough planning and implementation of new processes.

Alex Marinca obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara in 2012. In addition, they have obtained several additional certifications such as Roboguide Operation, Robot Electrical Troubleshooting R-30iB, Robot Operation and Programming, VisionSystem+, Certificate in robotics, and Programmers basic certificate.
