Head Of Supply Chain & Logistics Europe at MAHLE

Boran Spanic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Boran started their career at Neukum Elektronik GmbH & co KG, where they worked as an Informationstechniker from September 1995 to March 1998, and later as a Kay-Account Manager from March 1998 to September 1999. In 2005, they joined Behr GmbH & Co. KG as the Head of Supplier Quality Management, a position they held for eight years until September 2013. Boran then moved on to MAHLE, where they served as the Head of Supplier Management from October 2013 to August 2014. Boran then became the Head of operative logistic and supply chain Europe from September 2014 to February 2018, followed by the role of Head of Operational from March 2018 to February 2022. Currently, Boran is the Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Europe at MAHLE, a position they assumed in February 2022.

Boran Spanic obtained a Master of Science degree in HS Pforzheim Produktdesign from Pforzheim University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, they completed a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Dipl.Wi.Ing. specializing in Production & Controlling from Pforzheim University. Boran obtained Fachhochschulreife in Kommunikationstechnik from Heinrich-Wieland-Schule Pforzheim from 1999 to 2000, and a degree in Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik, specializing in Fachinformatik, from the same school from 1995 to 1998. Boran also holds additional certifications such as EOQ Quality Lead Auditor from the European organisation for Quality in 2008, IATF 16949:2016 from Vorest AG, Lean Experte from STAUFEN., and Six Sigma Black Belt from Vorest AG.
