Carly Wang

Carly Wang is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for MAHLE in China since July 2021, overseeing all HR functions in the region. Prior to this role, Carly held various leadership positions at ZF Group from January 2013 to June 2021, including Sr. HR Manager for the AP Division A and HR lead for the R&D Center in Shanghai. Responsibilities encompassed strategic HR management for a large workforce across multiple countries, while managing significant employee bases in various product lines. Earlier experience includes roles at GE Lighting, 雅芳, and PepsiCo, where Carly focused on HR management and development. Carly holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Université Grenoble Alpes.
