Efstratios Kostoglou

Efstratios Kostoglou has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, specializing in labor law. Efstratios began their career in 2002 as a Trainee at Clifford Chance and later worked as a Lawyer specializing in Labor Law at CMS Hasche Sigle, Luther Rechtsanwälte from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they joined MAHLE and took on various roles, including Head of Human Resources Eastern Europe, Director of Human Resources Germany & Eastern Europe, Vice President of Human Resources Germany & Western Europe, Vice President of Corporate Human Resources, and Vice President of Corporate Human Resources & Human Resources Germany. Their most recent role at MAHLE was as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources & Human Resources Germany, which they held until the present time.

Efstratios Kostoglou attended Eberhard Karls University Tübingen / Court (Landgericht) of Ellwangen from 1996 to 2003. Efstratios obtained a degree in Law (1. und 2. Juristisches Staatsexamen) with a focus on Law (Rechtswissenschaften).
