Hiba Yazbeck

Hiba Yazbeck serves as the Head of Finance and Accounting for North America at MAHLE since July 2012, where responsibilities include developing a high-performance finance team, enhancing controls, and implementing a shared service center, achieving annual cost reductions exceeding $5 million and facilitating $2 billion in acquisitions. Previously, Hiba worked at ZF Group as a Senior Manager focusing on financial reporting and consolidations, where $16 billion in financials were managed, and internal controls were established for compliance with SOX and external audits. Earlier roles included Senior Financial Analyst at Hayes Lemmerz International and Auditor at Arthur Andersen, with a foundation in finance management and regulatory compliance. Hiba holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BS in Business-Accounting from the Lebanese American University.
