James Boyle

James Boyle (FCIPD) currently serves as the Head of HR (UK) at MAHLE since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources across several prominent organizations. Previously, James held the position of UK HR Manager at Scott Bader Co. Ltd from June 2014 to September 2019 and served a diverse range of roles at Citi from March 2006 to October 2010, including SVP HR and HR Business Partner. Other significant roles include HR Business Partner at EDS Group, HR Manager at Landmarc and Interserve, and Senior Personnel Officer at Newcastle City Council. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from The Open University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Northumbria University, a Certificate of Management from Newcastle University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dundee.
