Joanna Kaniecka

Joanna Kaniecka is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in team leadership and accounting processes. Currently serving as an AP Team Leader at MAHLE since September 2022, Joanna has been instrumental in building new teams, overseeing SAP training, and managing team development and compliance. Prior to this role, Joanna held various positions at MAHLE, including Team Leader of the Intercompany Department, where responsibilities encompassed innovation projects and month-end closing coordination. Shorter tenures at Infosys Poland and C.H. Robinson further highlight Joanna's strong management skills and proficiency in finance operations. Joanna holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, along with postgraduate studies in Project Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
