Jumana Al-Sibai

Jumana Al-Sibai serves as the Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG since April 2021. Previously, Jumana held various roles at Robert Bosch GmbH from July 2013 to December 2020, including Executive Vice President of Chassis Systems Control, where responsibilities included serving as a board member and leading sales and the Business Unit for Passive Safety and Sensors. From August 2003 to June 2013, Jumana worked as Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Sales at Robert Bosch GmbH, overseeing both sales and marketing for Gasoline Systems. Earlier in the career, from September 1997 to July 2003, Jumana was a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners. Educational qualifications include a Dipl. Wi-Ing from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and studies at HEC Lausanne. The academic journey commenced with the Abitur from Conrad-von-Soest Gymnasium in Soest.
