Kevin Joseph

Kevin Joseph has over 35 years of experience in human resources and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Thermal Management in North America at MAHLE since July 2015. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions at Delphi, including Director of Global Salaried Human Resources Administration and multiple director-level roles in divisional human resources. Kevin's background also includes significant experience in human resources at Delco Electronics Corporation, with roles ranging from Global Manager of Human Resources to Compensation Administrator. Early career experience includes engineering positions at Hughes Aircraft Corporation. Kevin holds a degree from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
