Marvin Manwaring

Marvin Manwaring is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head Plant Operations at MAHLE since July 2017, Marvin has also held roles such as Global Head Process Optimization Engineering Manager for Compressors and Global Chief Manufacturing Engineer for HVAC & CRFM, focusing on strategic planning and integration. Prior to MAHLE, Marvin worked at Delphi as Global Chief Manufacturing Engineer for HVAC & CRFM and at Nexteer Automotive, where responsibilities included managing global manufacturing engineering teams and overseeing production equipment procurement. Marvin's career began at Delphi, where significant contributions included product design and development in mechanical and electric steering systems, resulting in multiple patents and industry recognition. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Executive Management from Northwood University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from The City College of New York.
