Michał Miszczuk

Michał Miszczuk has a strong background in IT and sales. Michał started their career as a Sales Manager at Esoil S.C. from June 2013 to October 2015. Michał then joined IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Poland as a Junior IT Specialist, where they provided technical support, troubleshooted IT problems, and trained new employees from October 2015 to October 2016. Michał was later promoted to IT Specialist, Team Leader, and Sage Poland Focal Point, responsible for leading a team and managing the knowledge database from October 2016 to November 2017. Michał then worked at Hemmersbach as an IT Help Desk Team Leader, Internal IT from November 2017 to December 2018. Michał is currently working at MAHLE, where they have taken on several roles. Michał started as an IT Team Leader from January 2019 to December 2021. Michał then became the Head of operational IT - Poland & Russia from January 2022 to January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Onsite IT Europe - Area 5 at MAHLE.

Michał Miszczuk holds a Master's degree in International economic relations with a major in International Business from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Licencjat (Lic.) in Międzynarodowe Stosunki Gospodarcze, specjalność: przedsiębiorstwo na jednolitym rynku europejskim from the same university, spanning from 2009 to 2012. Michał also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wrocławska Akademia Biznesu w Naukach Stosowanych, although the start and end dates are not provided. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various fields such as Communicating Across Cultures, IoT - Maximo Introduction and Overview, ITIL Foundation, CAE, FCE, and SEFIC LCCI IV.
