Mike Monroe

Mike Monroe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and program management, primarily within the automotive and thermal management sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product and Program Management for Thermal Management North America at MAHLE since November 2012, Mike has held several key positions including Head of Sales and Application Engineering for Engine Components, Export Control Officer, and ISMS/TISAX Site Coordinator. Prior to MAHLE, Mike held the role of Program Manager at Hengst Automotive and gained valuable experience at DENSO, Visteon Corporation, and Faurecia. Mike holds a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from ESMT Berlin (2024-2025), an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2008-2010), and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (2001-2005).
