Nikola Goljović

Nikola Goljović serves as the Country HR Business Partner at MAHLE, responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support while implementing global HR strategies. Prior to this role, Nikola was the Regional HR Senior Specialist at MAHLE, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with labor laws and contributing to talent development and new HR policy implementations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Recruitment & People Culture Lead at LINK group, focusing on enhancing company culture and employee experience. Nikola is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Filozofski fakultet u Nišu and is enrolled in a RE&CBT psychotherapy program at the Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Therapies of Serbia.
