Ramses Suju

Ramses Suju has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Ramses started their career at PepsiCo in 2000, where they served as a Plant & Logistics Manager. During their time there, they focused on implementing organizational transformation programs and continuous improvement models. Ramses also played a key role in developing and aligning processes within the integrated supply chain.

In 2011, Ramses joined Energizer Holdings as a Supply Chain Manager. Ramses was responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including demand planning, imports/exports, purchases, warehousing, distribution, customer service, and international logistics. Ramses also managed budgets and inventory during their tenure.

From 2015 to 2019, Ramses worked as a Supply Chain Hub Manager at Edgewell Personal Care, which was formerly the Personal Care Division of Energizer Holdings. In this role, they oversaw operations in multiple countries and managed various brands within the company.

Most recently, in 2020, Ramses joined MAHLE as the Head of Customer Logistics. Ramses is part of a leading development partner and supplier of the automotive industry, focusing on solutions for climate-neutral mobility. Their responsibilities in this role involve leading customer logistics functions and supporting innovation in e-mobility, thermal management, fuel cells, and hydrogen motors.

Ramses Suju holds a Master's degree in Information Technologies Management for Business from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in International Business Administration and Management (International M.B.A.) and a Specialist degree in International Trade and Marketing, both from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2017. Ramses Suju also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, obtained in 1995. Ramses has additional certifications in various fields, including Amazon Web Services, SQL, Machine Learning and AI, Data Science, and Leadership Solutions, among others.
