Roger Dr. Busch

Roger Dr. Busch has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Roger is currently serving as the Corporate EVP Sales & Application Engineering at MAHLE since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG as the VP Engineering Thermal Management from May 2021 to April 2023. From January 2019 to April 2021, they held the position of VP Profit Center Compressors at MAHLE. Before joining MAHLE, Roger worked at BMTS Technology GmbH & Co. KG as the Managing Director (EVP) from April 2018 to December 2018. Roger also served as the Managing Director (EVP) at Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems GmbH & Co. KG from January 2015 to March 2018. Roger has experience working at Bosch, where they held various leadership positions, including Head of System- and Powertrain Development (SVP) at Schwieberdingen from January 2012 to December 2014 and Head of R&D Diesel Systems (VP) at Bangalore from August 2008 to August 2011. Roger started their career at Bosch as an R&D Trainee in 2001, working in various project and team leader roles until September 2005.

Roger Dr. Busch earned a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 1998, and later obtained a Dr.-Ing. degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2001.
