Sven Ludwig

Sven Ludwig is an experienced professional in the field of procurement and strategic buying, currently serving as the Head of Lead & Commodity Buying Metal at MAHLE since April 2018. In this role, Sven drives strategic and operational performance across various business units, specializing in a range of materials including casted, forged, milled, turned, and extruded components, as well as soft and permanent magnets. Prior to this position, Sven held several roles at MAHLE, including global responsibility for lead buying in casting, assembly, and machining. Sven's earlier experience includes serving as Lead Buyer Casting Europe at Witzenmann GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed strategic buying.
