Vaibhav Bhalerao

Vaibhav Bhalerao has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Vaibhav began their career at MAHLE in 2016 as a GET (Graduate Engineering Trainee), where they gained valuable practical experience until 2017. Vaibhav then progressed to the role of Associate Design Engineer until 2019.

In 2019, Vaibhav joined Tata Technologies as a Design Engineer and worked there for three years until 2022.

Returning to MAHLE in 2022, Vaibhav assumed the position of Senior Design Engineer until February 2024. Currently, they hold the role of Lead Engineer in the same company, starting in January 2024.

Vaibhav Bhalerao holds a Master's degree in management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PCCOE PUNE, from 2013 to 2016. Vaibhav also holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from SRES KBP polytechnic, Kopargaon, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. In addition, Vaibhav has acquired several certifications from LinkedIn, including topics such as career advice, leadership, time management, and professional networking. The certifications were obtained in 2022 and 2023.
