Khawaja Muhammad Ilyas is the CEO of Masood Fabrics Ltd. and director in other companies of the Group. His long association with the Mahmood Group being director, responsibilities bestowed upon him enabled him to accept challenges and take decision in critical scenarios. He possesses expertise and has vast experience in the sector of Ginning that is the backbone of the Group. He has taken leather business to a new height of success by remodeling and introducing new product lines. He, as chairman audit committee, ensures existence and implementation of strong internal controls over entire business operations at the Mahmood Group and approves the policies, standards, and procedures for the Internal Audit Function. He is former president Bahawalpur Chamber of commerce and Industry. He widely travels abroad and enjoys good reputation both within and outside the country.
