Christine Ward has over 15 years of experience in customer service and team management across various organizations. Currently serving as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Mahoney Environmental since July 2020, Christine effectively addresses customer inquiries and aims to enhance customer retention. Prior roles include Team Leader at Gordon Food Service, where responsibilities involved store management and employee direction, and supervisory positions in Human Resources at Presence Health and Advocate Health Care, managing teams to deliver quality services and meet operational goals. Additional experience includes managing customer service teams at Iron Mountain and DHL, as well as serving in a managerial capacity at Andrew Corporation.
