Debbie Garnett

Debbie Garnett, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at The Mahoney Group since March 2024 and previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Re-Bath Corp from May 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading HR strategies and providing support to senior management. With extensive experience in human resources, Debbie was the Human Resources Director for the Musical Instrument Museum for over a decade, acting as a strategic partner within the senior leadership team. Earlier roles include serving as an HR Consultant for Pacific Coast Building Products and as Human Resources Director at Clopay Service Corp, overseeing all HR functions for a multi-state corporation. Educational credentials encompass a BA in Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University and additional qualifications such as a Mini MBA for Non-Profit Organizations and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certificate.
