Patrick Fening

Patrick Fening is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Division at the Mahoning County Prosecutor's Office since October 2021. Previously, Patrick held an Assistant Prosecutor position focusing on Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency cases at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, Patrick worked as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Juvenile Delinquency/CPU Division at the Summit County Prosecutor's Office from December 2017 to August 2020. Patrick's legal journey began with roles as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office and Zuzolo Law Office, contributing to legal research and trial preparation. In addition to legal experience, Patrick has a background in accounting and finance, holding a JD in Criminal Law from the University of Akron School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College.
