Vikas Sheware

Vikas Sheware is an experienced professional in the field of plant pathology and hydroponics, currently serving as Facility Manager for Hydroponics-VEGBU at Mahyco since June 2023. Prior to this role, Vikas worked as a Junior Plant Pathologist at Ajeet Seeds Pvt. Ltd. from August 2019 to June 2023, focusing on the isolation, purification, and maintenance of plant pathogen cultures, as well as the identification and diagnosis of crop diseases. Vikas also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor in Plant Pathology at SDMVM’s College of Agriculture, Aurangabad, from July 2017 to August 2019, where responsibilities included delivering lectures and administering examinations. Vikas holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture (Plant Pathology) and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from VNMKV, Agricultural University, Parbhani.
