Joy Puyear

Joy is a Senior Wealth Advisor, Managing Director at MAI. Joy joined MAI in 2022 and has over 30 years of industry experience that includes 18 years of experience in the Investment and Financial Services Industry. She works with individuals and families to provide financial planning, portfolio management and research as needed.

Prior to MAI, she was a Partner at Intersect Capital, LLC.

Joy earned her MBA in Finance at California State University – Hayward and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Joy is actively engaged in her local community, serving on the Finance/Investment committee at the Lindsay Museum and as a board member of the Estate Planning Council – Diablo Valley. She is a member of the AICPA and Cal CPA.
