MAI Capital Management
Kurt is the Group Head of Alternative Investments at MAI joining the company in 2011. Kurt chairs the firm's Alternative Investment team and is a Portfolio Manager on the Managed Volatility Strategy and several of MAI's private funds.
Prior to joining MAI, he was an Investment Analyst with the Townsend Group where he provided portfolio modeling, investment due diligence, and analytical support to clients. Prior to Townsend, Kurt was a Senior Financial Analyst at Capital One where he focused on forecasting and analysis.
Kurt earned his BS in Economics from The Ohio State University and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Analytic Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Finance. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Cleveland.
