Shirley Titchenell

Shirley is the Chief Operating Officer at MAI. She joined the firm in 2008 as a Senior Associate working in Fund Administration and Compliance. In 2010 she became Chief Compliance Officer and in 2019 she became COO. Prior to MAI, Shirley worked at Shaker Investments, LLC for over seven years. While at Shaker, she worked with several investment vehicles; hedge funds, a mutual fund and separately managed accounts. As Manager of Administration she had a wide range of responsibilities including finance, compliance, human resources, client account administration, trading operations, and she worked with outside legal counsel, auditors and other service providers. Shirley earned her Bachelor's in Business Management from Malone College and her MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Shirley is a member of NSCP (National Society of Compliance Professionals) and a Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional®.
