Javier Gala is an experienced professional in the energy industry, currently serving as the Energy Area Director at MAI Group. With a background spanning various roles in companies like AF ARIES ENERGIA SL, ÅF, Aries Ingeniería y Sistemas S.A., and Iberdrola Ingeniería y Construcción, Javier has held titles such as COO, Head of Energy Division, and Senior Engineering/Solar Thermal Project Manager. With a strong educational background including degrees in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Management, and currently pursuing an Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, Javier is dedicated to leading operational and commercial efforts in Renewables, Storage, and T&D, and is passionate about energy transition.
