Matthew Failor

Matthew Failor, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and project management within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Clinical Operations at MAIA Biotechnology, Inc., since October 2023, Matthew previously held various leadership roles at PPD from December 2019 to October 2023, including Sr. Project Manager and Sr. Clinical Team Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Clinical Trial Leader at Bavarian Nordic, Clinical Trial Manager at ICON plc, and Sr. Project Manager at Marken, among others. Matthew began their career as an intern at PRA International and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Research from Campbell University, complemented by further education at North Carolina State University.
