Tze-Liang Chiam

Mr. Chiam is a Partner at EY’s M&A Strategy & Operations practice. He has over 20 years of management consulting experience advising clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and restructurings. Some examples of his sector experience include: (1) helping a private equity client buy and stand-up a global medical device business from a Fortune 50 company, (2) advising on an IPO and spin-off of an animal health business from a Fortune 50 pharma company, and (3) supporting a generics pharma in the acquisition and integration of another business.

Mr. Chiam holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
