Susan Hsiao

Susan Hsiao has over 12 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Susan began their career in 2008 as an HR Generalist at Soli Pharmacy. In 2010, they moved to Linesoon Industrial Co., LTD, where they served as an HR Generalist. In 2014, they became a Senior HR Operations & Shared Services at Johnson & Johnson. From 2015 to 2017, they served as an HR Generalist and L&D HR at Bechtel Corporation. Susan then moved to HP, where they served as an HR Generalist from 2017 to 2018. In 2020, they joined Novartis as a Talent Acquisition & Staffing (TAS) Asst. Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for providing effective staffing solutions and developing overall hiring strategies. Most recently, in 2022, they joined MaiCoin, Ltd. as the Human Resources Manager.

Susan Hsiao obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Edinburgh between 2013 and 2014. Susan also holds two certifications, including a HR and Digital Transformation certification from LinkedIn obtained in December 2019, and a Green Belt Certification (GB) from MU Sigma Group.
