Lucy Marti is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and communications. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Maiden Erlegh Trust since December 2021, Lucy has held various leadership roles, including Global Change Lead at CSL and Business Change Manager at Elida Beauty within Unilever. Previous positions include Behaviour Change & Engagement Lead at Shell and Associate Partner at Issoria, alongside a brief tenure as a People Consulting Associate at KPMG UK. Lucy also contributed to Discovery Inc as a Global Change Lead and served as a Visiting Lecturer & Examiner at the University of Southampton Business School.
