Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Projects at Maier+Vidorno since October 2021, Ruediger has a strong background in leading companies such as Challenger Road Sweepers as Interim CEO and Kärcher India as Managing Director. Previous roles include President and CEO at Roots Multiclean Ltd, International Business Strategy Consultant, and executive positions at Minuteman International, Hako-Werke GmbH, and Ahlmann Baumaschinen GmbH. Ruediger holds an MBA in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Hamburg, completed in 1981.
