Herson Suindah

Herson Suindah serves as the President Director and Group CEO of SM+ Holdings, a digital infrastructure and services investment holding company, since November 2023. Herson also holds the position of President Commissioner at LG Sinar Mas, overseeing a joint venture focused on technology solutions and data center services. In addition, Herson acts as Senior Vice President of Special Projects at Sinar Mas, directing efforts in digital infrastructure and new economy investments. Herson's long-standing experience includes roles as Managing Director at various investment firms, such as Ancora Capital and The MAJ & Ancora Group, and significant positions in investment banking at Seaport Global Holdings and Zelman & Associates. Herson is an elected member of the ULI Asia Pacific Housing Council and possesses an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.
