Jordan Baylor

Jordan Baylor is the current VP of Digital Production at Mail Shark. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Director at Genesius Theatre from July 2010 to February 2020. They also previously worked at Rave Motion Pictures as an Assistant Manager from December 2006 to March 2008, where they were promoted to Projection Supervisor after two weeks of training to be a Projectionist.

At Rave Motion Pictures, Jordan was in charge of projection, promotions, HR tasks, maintenance, and showtime scheduling. They also studied historical attendance trends and movie release types in order to predict staffing for the box office and concessions. In addition, they handled employee work schedules for 50+ staff members and were responsible for money handling and inventory procedures.

Jordan is known for their positive attitude and ability to create a positive atmosphere. They are also known for their polite conversation and willingness to take instruction.

Jordan Baylor's educational career began at Berks Technical Institute, where they studied applied science graphic design. They then transferred to Lebanon Valley College to study design and visual communications.

They work with Tarryn Hendel - Director of Client Success, Jess Plunket - VP of Business Operations, and Sarah Steinman - Director of Client Success. Jordan Baylor reports to Brian Johnson, President & CEO. Some direct reports include Luis Aguilar - Senior Operator Technician, Rita Gagliardi - Product Layout Designer, and Robin Schannauer - Prepress Planner.
