Hanna Vahtola

Hanna Vahtola serves as the General Counsel at MAILLEFER since May 2019, bringing a wealth of legal expertise from previous positions, including Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel at Kalmar, Cargotec Corporation, where comprehensive legal support was provided across sales and projects globally. Prior to that, Hanna was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Counsel at Foster Wheeler Energia Oy, specializing in contract management, technology transfer, and compliance in a complex industrial environment. Early legal experience includes a role as a Senior Researcher at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, court training at the District Court of Turunseutu, and work as a Legal Advisor at Suomen Yhdyspankki Oy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and another Master of Laws in European Business Law from the University of Amsterdam.
