Ismeria Montaquila

Ismeria Montaquila has extensive experience in business development, strategy, and consulting. Ismeria is currently the Head of Business Development & Product at Maestro Labs since March 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Adlare Advisory in April 2019. Ismeria also worked as the Director of Strategy and Corporate Performance at Delivery Hero from April 2017 to March 2019, where they were offered a VP role. Ismeria started their career at The Boston Consulting Group in November 2013, where they held the position of Associate to Project Leader until February 2017. Ismeria also founded ChinArtists in September 2011 and worked as a Business Analyst at O'SHENG CONSULTING LIMITED from July 2012 to December 2012. Ismeria began their professional journey as a Research Analyst at The US-China Business Council in December 2011, where they worked until July 2012.

Ismeria Montaquila's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, completed between 2005 and 2008. The following year, in 2007, they participated in an academic exchange semester focusing on International Relations in the Asia-Pacific Region at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Between 2008 and 2010, Ismeria pursued a Master's degree in International Studies at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. In 2009, they also took part in an academic exchange year at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) specializing in International Security and Strategic Studies. Additionally, Ismeria pursued a Certificate in Intensive Learning Program in China Studies from Tsinghua University and Beijing Language & Culture University between 2010 and 2012. More recently, in 2018, they acquired an ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) certification in Life coaching from The Coach Training Academy.
