Fred Lerner

Fred Lerner has a long and successful career in the imaging industry. Fred began their career in 1973 as President and CEO of Berkey Film Processing, a division of Berkey Photo, Inc. In 1977, they founded Lerner Photo, Inc., which they sold to Kodak. Fred then joined Kodak Processing as Vice President of Operations in 1986. In 1989, they founded Lerner Processing Inc., which they sold to Kodak in 1992, becoming President and CEO. In 1999, they founded Ritz Interactive, Inc., an e-commerce management company which reached annual revenues of $110 million in eight years. In 2009, they founded Ritz Acquisition, raising $23.5 million with SSG Capital Advisors and Morris Nichols to acquire Ritz Camera Centers. Most recently, in 2012, they founded MailPix.com, an app that connects to over 18,000 stores at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, and Duane Reade for prints in 1 Hour. Additionally, they co-founded Rabbit Photo in 1985, which became listed on the Sydney Stock Exchange.

Fred Lerner obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brooklyn College.
