Carlos Grijalva

Carlos Grijalva, LMSW, currently serves as a Social Worker at Maimonides Medical Center since November 2023. Previously, Carlos was a Psychotherapist at Mental Health Providers of Western Queens, Inc. from January 2023 to November 2024.
