Cliff Kao

Cliff Kao, FPC, PHR, CEBS, currently serves as a Human Resources Technology Analyst at Main Line Health since October 2024, where responsibilities include liaising with IT and stakeholders to address system issues and gather business requirements for new implementations. Previously, Cliff held the position of Benefits Lead (Total Rewards) at ETS from July 2022 to October 2024, overseeing the administration of health and welfare plans, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing compliance for benefit plans. Prior roles include HRIS Analyst and Benefits Analyst at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, where Cliff managed HR systems and benefits programs, and Benefits Service Coordinator at Marsh McLennan Agency, focusing on client deliverables related to benefit plan administration. Cliff earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and a B.B.A. in Risk Management/Insurance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
