Karen Fitzpatrick Smith has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Karen worked at Main Line Health from 1999 to the present day, starting as an Employment Specialist and progressing to roles such as Manager of Recruitment and Manager of Organizational Development/ Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Their most recent position at Main Line Health is System Director of Diversity, Respect & Inclusion. Prior to that, they worked at Mercy Health System as a Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter from 1995 to 1999.
