Michelle Epstein serves as the System Director of the IT Project Management Office at Main Line Health, where leadership of a team of Project and Program Managers focuses on aligning technology with organizational goals to foster innovation in healthcare. Epstein has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams in various roles, including as a Project Manager in Information Technology and a Manager of Community Health & Equity, enhancing operational efficiency and promoting high-quality customer service. With a background in social work, including a Master of Social Work from Widener University and a Bachelor of Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Epstein has a strong foundation in community health initiatives, vocational rehabilitation, and program management.
