James Blair has a diverse and extensive work experience. James began their career in 2008 working as a Store Manager for The Water Stop, where they gained experience in inventory control, daily profit books, customer records, store opening/closing, register breakdown and merchandising. In 2009, they became a Store Manager for GameStop, providing top-level customer service, scheduling store associates to achieve optimum customer service levels, and providing timely and appropriate feedback to all store associates. In 2012, they began working for Progressive Insurance as a National Salvage Unit Supervisor, overseeing work of 30 employees each day, monitoring activities, and assigning tasks. In 2017, they became an Inbound Subrogation Specialist for Fleet Response, where they improved claims handling processes by analyzing, tracking, and troubleshooting root causes of previously managed claims. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Business Operations for Geauga Door Sales and Service Inc., where they reduced operating costs and shrink percentage by introducing, implementing, and monitoring a new Inventory Management system. Most recently, in 2021, they began working for PCRecruiter as Manager of Customer Success, leading and managing the overall vision and strategic plan for Customer Success, and leading a team of Onboarding and Process Consultants, Technical Support and Customer Engagement Specialists, and Customer Success Managers.

James Blair attended DeVry University, where they studied Graphic Design.
