Derek Gardner is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Main Street Auto since March 2024, Derek previously held positions as a Senior Field Engineer and Field Engineer at Kitchell, where projects included the Memorial Hermann TMC Campus medical facilities. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at Goosehead Insurance Agency, focusing on identifying sales opportunities and managing client portfolios in Texas and Georgia. Derek also served as a Team Leader in the 75th Ranger Regiment of the U.S. Army, where responsibilities included managing training and resources for special operations Rangers. Derek holds a degree from Texas State University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
