Kaley Orr

Kaley Orr is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Main Street Health since May 2022, Kaley has effectively trained team members, managed employee relations for a large geographic area, and executed strategic HR initiatives. Previously, as a Human Resources Coordinator, Kaley successfully hired over 600 employees and managed the onboarding process. Prior HR experience includes a role as an Assistant at Red Gold, where payroll management and recruiting were key responsibilities, and as a Sales Associate at Smith's Jewelers, focusing on training and customer service. Kaley has also gained valuable experience as a Project Manager Intern at the Boys and Girls Club of Noblesville, Indiana. Kaley holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Indiana University Bloomington.
